These peach ring gummies are a homemade copycat of a candy classic! They’re made with real fruit and don’t contain corn syrup, food dyes, or artificial flavor.
The Ingredients for peach ring gummies
Peaches. I use frozen peaches that I simply leave in the fridge overnight. Frozen fruit is still a great option when it comes to fruit as it’s frozen at the peak of freshness. Plus, buying it frozen comes with the added benefit of already having the skin removed. You can use fresh peaches if you want, but you’ll need to remove the skin which is a bit of a hassle.
Orange juice. This is added for some extra liquid and a tiny bit more flavor depth. Apple juice will also work.
Honey. You can also use maple syrup.
Gelatin. This is not the same as collagen.
Granulated sweetener. I use this one. The sweetener just adds the mouthfeel you get from gummies.

How to make Peach Ring Gummies
Step One. Blend the peaches and orange juice and strain.
Step Two. Pour the juice into a pot and add the honey.
Step Three. Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and lightly mix. Allow to harden for 2 minutes.
Step Four. Heat over low heat until fully liquid.
Step Five. Transfer the mixture to mold.
Step Six. Refrigerate until set.
Tips & Tricks
The sweetener is optional. They taste just as good without it! The sweetener is just added to mimic the mouthfeel you get from gummies. See below for more info on the sweetener!
Use whatever mold you have. You technically don’t even need a mold. You can also use a glass storage container and just slice squares.

A NOTE ON THE SWEETENER
The monk fruit sweetener is the closest look and feel to regular sugar, but it melts if you keep it in the fridge! If you do add the sweetener, just keep in mind that it won’t keep the same texture in the fridge for longer storage.
